TRIM access and training

Staff who need access to student records need to complete TRIM training. Please complete the relevant form or forms below and return to the TRIM Service Desk. You will then be advised of the date of training.

Please note that TRIM Training courses are currently full.
Training will be suspended from 9 March 2012 until May 2012, due to the TRIM Upgrade Project.

TRIM Forms

• TRIM User Access form (pdf 95kb).
  Use this form for access to TRIM for all purposes.
• TRIM Student File User form (non-Callista users only) (pdf 91kb).
  Use this form for access to TRIM for STUDENT FILES, where there is no access to Callista.
  This form must be accompanied by the completed TRIM User Access form.
  This form is particularly relevant for Faculties to complete for students employed to access TRIM.
