Scholarship Application Supporting Documentation

All applicants

Please read the information below about supporting documentation requirements.

  1. Each piece of supporting documentation must be a certified copy, legible and easy to read. Original documents will not be returned. 
  2. All documents must be stapled to the application cover sheet available at the end of the application form. DO NOT submit supporting documentation in a folder.
  3. Documentation must be mailed to either the Coursework Scholarships Unit or handed in at any Monash Student Service Centre by 5:00pm (AEST) 10 November 2009. Faxed copies  will NOT be accepted.

It is your responsibility to provide correct and certified supporting documentation. We will not consider your application if you do not provide complete and correctly verified documentation.  

Equity and personal disadvantage groups

If you have applied under one or more of the equity groups you must supply the following documentation:  

If you are an International student, you are not eligible to apply under any of the above equity categories as you are only eligible for merit based scholarships.

Residency Status

If you have indicated that you are a refugee on the scholarship application form, you must provide a copy of your visa.  All other applicants are not required to provide proof of their residency status.

Academic Transcripts

Direct course applicants must supply certified copies of official academic transcripts. All other applicants are not required to provide academic transcripts.
