Engineering Indigenous Scholarship for Equity

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

• an Indigenous Australian, and
• a commencing undergraduate student intending to enrol in the Diploma of Engineering at Monash College in Australia

Selection criteria

Awarded to the highest achieving Year 11 students based on their school results and demonstration of commitment to a career in the engineering profession.

Value and number available

Fees paid for the duration of the Diploma of Engineering and $6000 per 48 credit points of study for the minimum number of credit points required to complete the Bachelor of Engineering degree. The number available is variable depending on funding.

Retention

Recipients must maintain satisfactory academic performance throughout their enrolment in both the diploma and Bachelor of Engineering.

Deferability

This scholarship cannot be deferred.

Applications

All eligible applicants for the Diploma of Engineering will be automatically assessed.
