Monash University Indigenous Scholarship for Achievement
To be eligible, you must be:
- an Indigenous Australian, and
- a commencing or continuing Monash University undergraduate student, and
- enrolled in or intending to enrol in an undergraduate degree and in a Commonwealth supported place at a Monash campus in Australia.
Awarded to the highest achieving eligible students based on academic achievement. In the case of continuing students, assessment is based on academic performance at Monash University.
Commonwealth supported place contributions paid plus $6000 per 48 credit points of study, for the minimum number of credit points required to complete the degree. In 2011, four scholarships were available.
Recipients must maintain a minimum of a credit weighted average mark (60 per cent).
Deferability
This scholarship can be deferred.
