Academic Transcripts

An academic transcript is a formal record of your academic history at the university. You will receive a free transcript when you graduate.

Currently enrolled students can either download an unofficial academic record or buy an official transcript via WES.

Alumni and discontinued students can buy transcripts by posting an application form (PDF 40Kb)  to the postal address listed on the form.

Your transcript normally shows all of your Monash courses, but you can request one for a specific course if needed, however the transcript will say that it is not a complete record.

If you attended or completed your course before 1997 allow 10-15 working days for delivery.

Information shown on a transcript

• Student name and ID number
• Date of issue
• Course and unit titles
• Year of study and teaching period
• Credit points
• Marks and grades 
• Qualification and graduation dates
• Any exemptions or credits
• Grade Point Average and Weighted Average Mark  (post 2008)
