Special Consideration   Application must be submitted within 48 hours (2 working days) of your last exam for the semester, or for other assessments within 48 hours (2 working days) of the submission deadline. In exceptional circumstances, students should consult the Faculty.
Application for Change of Residency Status   In order for the change of status to be effective in a particular semester period, the application must be submitted prior to the census dates respectively.

Application for a new eCOE (International student Visa)   It is recommended that you commence this process, and submit your application for an ECOE at least 1 month prior to the expiry date on your student visa.
