Student Letters

Official University letters are available if you need to verify your enrolment or qualification details.

Currently enrolled students can buy a student letter via WES.

Alumni and discontinued students can buy a student letter by posting an application form (PDF 40Kb)  to the address listed on the form.

Research students should contact the Monash Research Graduate School for a letter to confirm candidature and/or research scholarship details.

Delivery of your letter will normally occur within 5 working days, but please allow 10-15 working days if:

  • the letter needs to reflect future completion or graduation dates or
  • your faculty needs to assess your application or
  • you attended or graduated prior to 1997
