Student Letters

If you require a formal document from the University to verify your current enrolment, qualification or graduation, etc, we can provide you with one of the following student letters upon request.

Below are samples of what is included in each letter.

Letters are available in GIF image and PDF. To view PDF forms you need to install Adobe Reader.

How to Apply

Current Students can obtain a student letter by:

Applying online via WES (payment must be made by credit card)

If you do not have a credit card or are a Past student you can obtain a student letter by:

Visiting a Student Service Centre at any campus
Contacting the Student Service Centre on 9902 6011 (payment must be made by credit card)
Fax an Application Form [Word 72k] or [PDF 55k] to the Student Service Centre at any campus (credit card details must be inserted on the application form)
Mail a request to the Student Service Centre at any campus (please include a cheque made out to Monash University)

The fee is $20 per letter.

Payment can be made using any one of the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. Please provide the card number and expiry date. Please note that credit card payments can only be made via fax, by phone or at a Student Service Centre

Student Service Centres also have EFTPOS and Cash payment facilities for the purchase of Student Letters.

Please note: In addition to the lead times, it would be necessary to make allowances for the mail delivery, see below for approximate timeframe.

Local Mail: 1-2 weeks
International Mail: 4-6 weeks (Most Countries), contact Student Services on (03) 9902-6011 for alternate postage options.
