ICT Shared Services Project Governance

Project Steering Group

The Project Steering Group is the Strategy and Resources Committee. It is responsible for debate and endorsement of key decisions and recommendations.

Project Management Group

The Project Management Group oversees the management and operation of the project. It is responsible for the progress and quality of work, and makes recommendations to the Steering Group. The group encompasses the views of the Faculties, Divisions and ITS, and includes HR, Finance, Strategy and campus management.

Reference Group

The Reference group is a resource to provide advice and feedback on issues, debate proposals and suggest ways to address concerns.

Project Team

The Project team is responsible for analysing current ICT Services across the university, identifying opportunities for improvement in the sharing of services, and designing and recommending a new Shared Services model for ICT. It is also responsible for communication and for implementation planning.
