ICT Shared Services Project Objectives

This set of Project Objectives was debated and agreed by the Strategy and Resources Committee, who are the Project Steering Group.

Primary Objectives

• Operational cost savings
• Improved quality of ICT services and processes
• Reduced Risk to the University

Project Aims

• Advance governance and compliance in ICT deployment;
• Ensure Service levels that are better aligned with the needs of the University, students and staff;
• Enhance working relationship between Faculties and Divisional services;
• Improve the strategic capability for Monash to be at the forefront of new ICT paradigms, technologically and managerially.
