ICT Shared Services Internal Project Team

The internal project team meet twice a week to discuss issues and progress, members of this team are:

  • Alan McMeekin - Executive Director, ITS
  • Ron Sawyer - Director, Corporate Services, ITS
  • Rosemary Manning -  Business Analyst, Office of the Vice President (Finance)
  • Mick Foy - Director, IT and Multimedia, Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences
  • Kathy Buxton - IT & Administrative Services Manager, Faculty of Law

The Steering Committee has engaged consultants KPMG to assist the University with the ICT Shared services project.  The KPMG team is working closely with the internal project team:
