Privacy Statement
The Equity and Diversity Centre maintains a confidential and secure record of the names of participants and dates of successful completion of the EO Online Training. This information is only accessed by relevant Equity and Diversity staff members and disclosed only to relevant Monash University staff members.
The primary purpose of collecting this information is to meet the University's obligations under Federal and State anti-discrimination legislation. Other purposes of collection include attending to administrative matters, program evaluation and corresponding with you. De-identified information will be used for reporting purposes and for the preparation of various statistical analyses.
You have a right to access personal information that the university holds about you, subject to any exceptions in relevant legislation. If you wish to seek access to your personal information or inquire about the handling of your personal information please contact the university privacy officer on 9905 6011.
