  • as agreed in consultation with Staff Development

• Recommendations and referrals to suitable facilitators for local development initiatives including retreats and strategic planning days

• Overall client satisfaction rating of the service averaged 4.5 on a 5 point scale (where 1 = very poor and 5 = excellent)
• Overall client satisfaction rating of the referred facilitator averaged 4.7 on a 5 point scale (where 1 = very poor and 5 = excellent)
