Melbourne Monash CollaborationThe Melbourne/Monash Protocol, agreed by the Councils of both universities, promotes greater collaboration in key areas between the University of Melbourne and Monash University. As part of this arrangement, Monash and Melbourne have offered a number of programs to staff at the other university since 1998. This has opened up more opportunities and proved beneficial for all involved. Staff Development is one of the areas of successful collaboration and through this arrangement, Monash University staff may apply for courses available at the University of Melbourne. Application ProcedureInterested applicants should complete the Monash University Staff Development application form and submit on-line or forward it to the Training Coordinator, Staff Development Unit, Clayton. Applications should reach this office three weeks prior to the start date of the course/s for which you are applying. The University of Melbourne will notify applicants as to whether their application has been successful and, if successful, will send written confirmation with further details. For chargeable courses the same fees apply to Monash and Melbourne staff. Programs offered by the University of Melbourne
