  6. Determine what data is required to meet project outcomes
  7. Initial meeting of panel members
  1. Discuss information gathering options, for example survey, focus groups, one-on-one interviews with stakeholders
  2. Desired vehicle(s) for collating information
  3. Determine: where, who, what, why, how?
  4. Set up web-site
  5. Consult with union (s)
  6. Develop survey & focus group questions: work with CHEQ to design questionnaire
  7. Pilot test questionnaire with sample group for relevance & usefulness & connection to outcomes
  8. Conduct information gathering e.g. focus groups & one-on-oneinterviews in 8 campuses and 2 centres
  1. Examine and interpret data and information
  2. Determine and document patterns, themes and trends
  3. Provide information to panel for consideration
