Overview

General staff who would like an excellent opportunity to develop better interview skills are invited to take part in the SDU Staff selection workshops as interviewees.

With the help of volunteer interviewees, the Staff selection course participants gain valuable practice in staff selection. At the same time, the interviewees will gain valuable first hand experience being interviewed for a mock general staff administration position by three small selection panels. Constructive feedback on both resumes and interview performance is provided confidentially to each interviewee.  Interviewees are also asked to give feedback to the interview panels.  

Three interviewees are required each time the course is held.  The time commitment on the part of the interviewee is from 2-4pm.  Interviewees will also be asked to update and forward their CV prior to the day.
