Overview

How can we be resilient and flexible when facing difficult challenges and adversity in our work? How can we develop our mental toughness to perform under stress and pressure?

Mental toughness is essential in developing the ability to effectively perform in a sustainable and flexible manner in challenging circumstances. This highly interactive skills practice course is designed to introduce and develop practical skills in controlling stress, maintaining confidence and self esteem, and performing under pressure.

With a positive and engaging style, our facilitator Christopher Shen draws on his experience as a Psychologist, elite athlete, and actor to make this workshop practical, impactful and memorable.

Intended Outcomes

  • Develop a greater knowledge and understanding of your own performance
  • Identify and develp practical skills in mental toughness
  • Instill an attitude of resilience, initiative, ownership and self-reliance
  • Boost confidence

  • Recommended habits and practices to build mental toughness
