Level 1 program:Suitable for staff with limited experience in the area or who wish to refresh their skills.

Overview

This is a highly practical course suited to people both participating in and leading teams who want to learn or review the essentials of team building, participating and leading. This full day covers the practical steps and skills for establishing and maintaining effectively functioning teams. A check list for steps to build a team, gain commitment to team goals, optimise communication and establish best process are covered, together with tools for team situations. Assertion, negotiation, decision making and other important skills are included.
