| Level 2 program: |
- Use of Windows operating system and working with files and folders
- Completion of Excel Level 1 or similar knowledge

It is encouraged that staff complete this quiz. The aim of the quiz is for staff to verify that they have the fundamental knowledge expected of them before undertaking the Excel level 2 course.

Course Content
On completion of this course participants will be able to:
- work with workbooks
- format a workbook to make it more visually appealing
- insert and delete rows and columns
- create formulas containing absolute references
- create and use range names to speed up workbook operations
- take advantage of the various Lookup functions
- generate automatic and manual data outlines
- protect worksheet cells and workbooks from unauthorised changes
- sort data in a worksheet
- filter data in a worksheet
