Overview
To be able to use competently the basic functions of Microsoft Visio 2003, including using the Flowchart Template, text, connectors, guides, page orientation, printing techniques and the Cross-functional Flowchart template.
Course Content
On completion of this course participants will be able to:
- start and exit Visio and navigate the screen
- use text for shapes and labels
- use free-form text for headings and instructions
- use connector lines to connect shapes
- use a variety of techniques to work with connector lines and format them
- use a variety of tools to create precise drawings
- work with multiple page drawings
- change layout of drawings
- preview drawing for printing
- change printing options
- create cross-functional flowcharts
- modify, adjust, enhance cross functional flowcharts
