Overview

The pilot program will provide a framework for addressing problems in the workplace.

Intended Outcomes

  • Increased familiarity with effective techniques for dealing with conflict and who to ask for help if you need it
  • Increased familiarity with relevant legislation and other relevant legal context
  • Increased capacity for and comfort with the exercise of supervisory responsibilities

Learning Approach

The session will be a facilitated group discussion. Each participant will be provided with scenarios for future reference.
