Overview
The pilot program will provide a framework for addressing problems in the workplace.
Intended Outcomes
- Increased familiarity with effective techniques for dealing with conflict and who to ask for help if you need it
- Increased familiarity with relevant legislation and other relevant legal context
- Increased capacity for and comfort with the exercise of supervisory responsibilities

- Relevant EB clauses and policies
- Examples of real life cases and how people dealt with them
Learning Approach
The session will be a facilitated group discussion. Each participant will be provided with scenarios for future reference.
