OverviewThis highly interactive program has been designed to assist staff in managing financial responsibilities by covering the basic concepts of financial management, sharing best practice and attempting to tackle participant's specific challenges. Please note this is not SAP training Intended OutcomesTo increase skills and knowledge of Monash Staff in financial management and Monash's financial processes.Course ContentThe session will include discussion, information and case studies covering the areas of:
Learning ApproachThe workshop will be delivered using a combination of methods including theoretical sessions, discussion and exercises.HandoutsA comprehensive set of course notes will be provided and calculators will be available for use throughout the course.Participants NoteParticipants are asked to bring along an example of a financial report from their area.
