Overview
At work, as in personal relationships, differences between people's
perceptions and operating styles can lead to difficult interactions and
"troubled" work situations. Managers and supervisors may be looked to
for leadership at these times. This workshop will use current theory and
case studies to assist the development of new and constructive approaches
to such dilemmas.
Handouts
A booklet of notes will be provided.
