Overview
The pilot program will provide a framework for understanding the impact of change in the workplace. It will also provide practical strategies, tools and resources that can be used to assist in the management of organisational change.

Learning Approach
The session will include a guest speaker and facilitated group discussion. Each participant will be provided with a Guide to Managing Change for future reference.
