Overview
This program will provide a framework for understanding the impact of change in the workplace. It will also provide practical strategies, tools and resources that can be used to assist in the management of organisational change.
Intended Outcomes
- Build capability to lead staff through change
- Build understanding of "change management" and "change leadership"
- Equip leaders with tools to manage the human dimension of change, including managing their own and others' stress
- Identify ways to address current change leadership challenges
- Generate enthusiasm and commitment to current change efforts

Learning Approach
Each participant will be provided with a Guide to Managing Change for future reference.
