Overview
The SPRINGBOARD Women's Development Program has been specifically developed, designed, and written by women, for women. The program runs over a four month period where each woman sets her own agenda to achieve her goals and ambitions both at work and in her personal life. This program is for women who know there is more to life, and are seeking how to go about achieving it. Participants self assess their own strengths and areas for growth, set goals and then work towards developing self confidence and applying the practical skills needed to achieve those goals. Thousands of women in all walks of life and in different patterns of employment have opened up all sorts of opportunities for themselves, following the program.
Participants are encouraged to identify a person who can act as your mentor throughout the program. Your mentor should be someone you respect and feel comfortable with and should not be your direct manager. Participants meet with their mentor at least once a month between workshops, and at least once following the final workshop. If you are unable to identify an appropriate mentor don’t let this put you off registering.
