Overview
In accordance with the Commonwealth Government's Higher Education Workplace Relations Requirements, the University must offer Australian Workplace Agreements (AWAs) to all staff by 31 August 2006. This session is designed to brief Human Resources Advisors about the upcoming round of AWA offers and provide them with information about the processes should they receive inquiries from staff about AWAs.
Intended Outcomes
It is intended that at the end of this session Human Resources advisors will have an understanding of the University's procedures for offering AWAs.

Learning Approach
The session will provide opportunities for participants to raise issues of interest and/or concern for discussion and clarification. Practical case studies will be used to underpin the knowledge and skills that are referred to throughout the program.
