To organise training

A Faculty representative will contact the appropriate course presenter to arrange a suitable date & time. The Faculty representative will email Staff.Development@monash.edu prior to the training with the following details.

  • Confirmed date & time
  • Faculty
  • OHS Consultant/Advisor
  • Location

It is possible to have Biosafety 1 & 2 run consecutively,however it is up to the requesting area to arrange this with the presenters.

Post training

  • On completion of training the OHS Consultant/Advisor will be responsible for forwarding the signed attendance list to Staff.Development@monash.edu as verification that training has been conducted. Staff Development will update the training records.
  • A blank attendance form is available for download
