Intended Outcomes
On completion of the workshop, participants should:
- feel better equipped and have more confidence with regard to seeking, receiving and giving feedback
Course Content
During this workshop you will:
- gain and understanding of what feedback is and how it is different from compliments, criticism, and appraisal
- be able to identify and apply principles for seeking, receiving and giving constructive positive and negative feedback
- utilise several different approaches to confidently provide feedback in the workplace
- be able to utilise some strategies to help proactively elicit feedback
- gain an understanding of the key features of successful performance conversations at work
- learn how to engage more confidently in the exchange of feedback in the workplace

The program involves presentation, written materials, small and large group exercises, group discussion and practical examples.
