Overview
This half-day supervisor workshop focuses on ways to address resistance and improve performance through the application of suitable coaching techniques.
Intended Outcomes
On completion of this workshop, participants should be able to:
- Identify the more challenging responses to feedback
- Understand the application of appropriate coaching models to optimise performance
- Identify their own barriers to optimising performance
- Develop strategies for addressing resistance and difficult performance issues
