Overview
To provide staff both academic and general who are new to Monash University with a general overview of information on Student Administration activities and procedures.
Course Content
The workshop aims to cover the following areas in Student Administration, Systems and Client Services:

Organisational context - HESA, ESOS, and the Monash policy framework

The Student Administration Cycle
