Overview

This session will provide an overview of the Contract Expiry Management (CEM) system with a demonstration of the most common contract renewal or non-renewal scenarios.  There will be an opportunity for questions and discussion after the demonstration and you will be provided with support materials for yourself and your clients.

Intended Outcomes

This session will provide participants with a working understanding of the new automated contract renewal/non-renewal process.

The program will include:

  • An overview of the CEM system and features
  • A demonstration of the contract non-renewal process
  • A demonstration of the contract renewal process
  • A demonstration of exceptions and deviations to the standard process
  • A question and answer session to clarify information
