Overview
This program extends our understanding of business partnering across HR and explores key pillars of business partnering including strategic HR planning and building effective relationships.
Intended Outcomes
This program will assist participants to understand and further apply a range of HR business partnering concepts within their daily roles.
Course Content

- The importance of trust (diagnostics; building trust)

- Dealing with resistance
- Business partnering roles and styles ("how do you show up?" self awareness & action planning)
