Overview

This program extends our understanding of business partnering across HR and explores key pillars of business partnering including strategic HR planning and building effective relationships.

Intended Outcomes

This program will assist participants to understand and further apply a range of HR business partnering concepts within their daily roles.

Course Content

The program will include:

  • Building effective business partnering relationships (business partnering models and key elements)
  • Business partnering micro-skills (listening; questioning; framing; coaching)
  • The importance of trust (diagnostics; building trust)
  • Understanding client and stakeholder needs
  • Dealing with resistance
  • Business partnering roles and styles ("how do you show up?" self awareness & action planning)
