Course Content

The sesssion consists of three modules.

Module 1 - New Classification Process

This module ensures participants understand the process for the creation of new positions and the reclassification of existing positions. This session will provide information on the guidelines, procedures and templates supporting the rollout of classifications to the HR Hubs.

Module 2 - Overview of Position Descriptions

This module revisits the key elements of position description writing, linking into the new classification process and is an introductory session to job evaluation training.

Module 3 - Job Evaluation

This module delivers tailored training in job evaluation to HR Business partners.  This module is compulsory for HR Business partners before they can start evaluating position descriptions in their own area.
