HR Classification - Client Services Officer

All Monash HR Hub staff

Group size:Maximum of 10
Level 1 program:

Suitable for staff who are new to Monash University or existing staff who are located in the HR Hubs who are in a Client Services Officer role.

This program consists of two modules.

Module 1  - New Classification Process

Module 2 - Overview of Position Descriptions.

Course Content

Module 1 - New Classification Process

This module ensures participants understand the process for the creation of new positions and the reclassification of existing positions. This session will provide information on the guidelines, procedures and templates supporting the rollout of classifications to the HR Hubs.

Module 2 - Overview of Position Descriptions

This module revisits the key elements of position description writing, linking into the new classification process and is an introductory session to job evaluation training.
