Overview
This training program is aimed at staff involved in the appointment and reappointment process of continuing and fixed term staff. It will offer participants the opportunity to work through the Recommendation to Appoint form and the Renewal/Non Renewal of Fixed Term Contracts forms in an interactive environment. The program will also explain and provide reference material to enable participants to understand the various policies and awards governing the appointment and reappointment processes at Monash University.

Learning Approach
The program encourages an interactive approach to learning, allowing participants to ask questions and raise relevant issues during the session. The presenters are HR Services staff who have expertise in the university's recruitment, appointment and reappointment processes.
