A program is also available for staff in a supervisory position. |

| Level 1 program: | Mindfulness, in its simplest defintion is a mental discipline involving training attention. Training through practices like mediation has been found to have a wide number of applications in the modern day. |

Overview
This workshop will explore:
- the science, principles and practice of mindfulness
- its applications in areas including wellbeing, mental health, and resilience
- its role in leadership development
- the capacity of mindfuless to enhance information processing, decision making and performance.
Course Content
The workshop will be broken into two parts.
Part 1 will be an introduction including the background to mindfulness.
Part 2 will focus on practically implementing mindfulness-based strategies in personal and professional life.
