This workshop assumes the participants have knowledge of the relationship of minute taking to other responsibilities of the committee secretary. |

Overview
One of the important ingredients of effective committee support is the ability to take and produce useful meeting minutes. This workshop builds on the Role of committee secretaries program and is an opportunity to obtain targeted instruction on a specific component of the role of the committee secretary.
Intended Outcomes
Enhanced understanding of the purpose of minutes and their construction. Increased skills and confidence needed to take and produce clear and relevant minutes.
