What is on offer?

The Australian Government offers a variety of funding and incentive programs, which are managed by both State and Federal Government Divisions, that allow for the attainment of a National Recognised Training qualification.

The programs Certificate IV in Business, Certificate IV in Training and Assessement, Certificate IV in Frontline Management and Diploma of Management are available to all Monash University staff members.

Short Course Centre

The Short Course Centre offers the following nationally recognised courses.

• Certificate IV in Trainining and Assessment
• Certificate IV in Frontline Management
• Diploma of Management

If the eligibility criteria is met and the participant commits to the sponsorship program then there is no cost to the individual or the organisation.

Provider

Monash University has a relationship with Talent2. Talent2 have approximately 1000 Monash undergraduate students participating in the "UpSkill Progam"  in conjunction with their degree and Monash staff from the School of Nursing enrolled in the Certificate IV in Business Administration .
