Overview
The University is in the process of replacing the old paper-based and manual timesheet system with an automated system in order to streamline the payment process and increase efficiency. The automated system will be used to process timesheets for all Casual Professional staff, Research Assistants and Sessional staff (Teaching Associates).
Intended Outcomes
At the completion of this course you should be able to:
- Submit an electronic timesheet each week
- Request reissued timesheets on demand (PDF) users only
- Follow up on timesheets not approved
- Obtain a strong knowledge of the timesheet automation process
- Navigate around the system
