Monash staff members involved with Residential Services Administration who require search and view access to Residential Services records within TRIM (MONASH STAFF ONLY)

This course is a Level 1 Program and is intended to be a prerequisite course for staff members who intend to become End Users within TRIM

Staff members involved with Residential records of students and visiting staff, who stay in Monash University residences, are invited to attend TRIM Inquiry User Training. This course is designed for staff who intend to have ‘view only' access to TRIM to allow them to search and view Residential Services records within TRIM.
At the completion of TRIM Inquiry User Training, the user will be able to search and view Residential records within TRIM.

The TRIM Inquiry User Training course combines an introductory presentation with PC based learning, discussion and useful examples. Learning is further supported by the provision of a User Guide and Quick Reference Guides that each participant can take back to their work space as well as the opportunity for each user to have access to support services such as the TRIM Service Desk.
