TRIM - Student Records - Inquiry User

| Target group: | Monash staff members involved with Student Administration who require search and view access to student records within TRIM. (MONASH STAFF ONLY ) |
| Group size: | Maximum 4 participants |
| Level 1 program: | This course is a Level 1 Program and is intended to be a prerequisite course for staff members who intend to become End Users within TRIM.
In conjunction with the online application form (below), participants are required to complete the Request for TRIM User Access form which can be found via the following link: http://www.adm.monash.edu/records-archives/resources/index.html
If the participant is not a Callista user there is a strict requirement to complete the TRIM Student File User Declaration and Request for Access form (Non-Callista Users Only) which can be found via the following link: http://www.adm.monash.edu/records-archives/resources/index.html

Overview
Staff members involved with Student Administration are invited to attend TRIM Inquiry User Training. This course is designed for staff who require ‘view only' access to TRIM to allow them to search and view student records within TRIM.
Intended Outcomes
At the completion of TRIM Inquiry User Training, the user will be able to search, and view student records within TRIM.

Learning Approach
The TRIM Inquiry User Training course combines an introductory presentation with PC based learning, discussion and useful examples. Learning is further supported by the provision of a User Guide and Quick Reference Guides that each participant can take back to their work space as well as the opportunity for each user to have access to support services such as the TRIM Service Desk.
