| Target group: | Professional HR staff who will have a requirement to process visitor requests within the University.
Please note that access to this training is restricted. Only professional HR staff who hold a position as a Lead Business Partner, Business Partner or Client Support Team Officer in one of the new HR hub teams may attend. |

Overview
The focus of this course is to cover the visitor invitation process using the Visitor Management Module (VMM) of the Employee Self Service and provide guidance through the University Visitor policy and forms.
Intended Outcomes
At the completion of this course you should be able to:
- Understand the Monash visitor invitation process and how it is facilitated by VMM
- Be able to initiate, manage and conclude the invitation process using VMM including invitation documentation including visa, taxation and visitation periods.
- Understand the methods and requirements of payments as applicable to visitors.
