Callista Course Structure and Planning moduleUser access management protocol1. The only staff members who are authorised to amend data in the Course Structure & Planning (CS&P) module of Callista are those for whom CS&P is a component of their current role, who have completed the requisite training and have had their access approved via the Callista Access Form. User access is conditional upon compliance with the conditions specified in the Declaration section of the Callista Access Form. 2. All users trained in CS&P will be informed of the risks of maintaining CS&P access when it is unnecessary for their role, and of the process for revoking access. 3. In the absence of a linkage between HR data on SAP and Callista user access that can automatically identify when user access to a particular Callista module is no longer required, and given the high level of security around course and unit data, a manual audit of users with access to the CS&P module will be run on an annual basis by the Curriculum & Publications Unit (Student Administration), in liaison with the ITS Service Desk. 4. Users will be identified as no longer requiring write access in consultation with the relevant work area of the user, ie. the current work area, former work area or both as necessary. 5. User access may also be revoked for reasons of misuse of the module, as determined by the Manager, Student Enrolments. 6. The Curriculum & Publications Unit will forward a list of users identified as no longer requiring write access to the CS&P module to the ITS Service Desk via an appropriately authorised Callista Access form. The ITS Service Desk will remove the access of those users. Additional resourcesCourse Structure and Planning module training guides Course Structure & Planning post-training support information |
