Final Checklist

  • Is my submission clear, concise and easy to read?

  • Have I addressed ALL of the key selection criteria?  This should also include those focus areas mentioned on this web site for your particular funding programme.

  • Is the document presented in a professional manner?

  • Has the submission been proofread and spellchecked?

  • Reread the page on this website on Preparing successful submissions

  • Reread the page on this website on What not to do.

  • Has the submission been signed off by a University delegated authority?

  • Has feedback been sought from the Office of the Vice-President (Administration)?

  • Is the submission presented using the DEST required format?

  • Have all DEST formatting requirements been adhered to? (e.g. font requirements, word limits)

  • Have I considered appropriate, and where sought, external support for this proposal?  Please contact Melany Blackwell, Project Director, Office of VP (Admin) for assistance with this.
