Scope

The endorsed supplier panel has been established to address the University’s diverse ICT staffing requirements. The Panel consists of highly qualified suppliers that specialise in a wide range of ICT recruitment services.    

The Panel are University endorsed suppliers.  Hiring managers wishing to use ICT recruitment services should utilise the services of the Panel.  Endorsed suppliers must be used unless waiver has been granted by Monash HR or Procurement. The standard procurement services must be followed.

Key benefits of using the endorsed supplier panel include: 

  • hiring managers can save recruitment time as contract terms have been agreed to in advance at a University level;
  • similarly, fixed minimum rates for placement of continuing and fixed term positions and margin rates for contractors have been negotiated as part of the contract terms;
  • induction has been provided to endorsed suppliers ensuring a thorough understanding of the Monash culture;
  • reduced overall purchasing costs for faculties and divisions;
  • a number of fee waiver arrangements have been negotiated in relation to placement of temporary staff;
  • capability to produce activity and financial reports on request;
  • simplified purchasing process; and
  • focus on quality assurance and service level monitoring;

It is recognised that under some circumstances, the endorsed suppliers may not be able to meet a specific resource requirement in which case the normal procurement process should be followed to secure the services of non-endorsed suppliers.
