Motor Vehicle Entitlements

Monash University provides senior staff with a contractual entitlement the option of a University provided motor vehicle as part of their remuneration package. The vehicles that can be selected are detailed in the contract of employment negotiated between the employee and the university.

Manufacturer websites may require an up-to-date web browser and flash player.

Once you are satisfied with your preference of motor vehicle and colour (chosen from the manufacturer's website) complete the online Motor Vehicle Selection Form to order your motor vehicle.

Staff members may wish to contact a local car dealership to arrange a test drive of the preferred vehicle prior to placing an order.

Regulations that apply to the use of staff members' private vehicles for university purposes as well as the supply, maintenance and use of university owned vehicles can be viewed in the Motor Vehicle Procedure.
