Additional Payments for Academic Staff

The University recognises the highest quality teaching, research, leadership, professional and community service activities of academic staff and may provide additional rewards payments in recognition of such matters. Such reward mechanisms are provided through provisions in performance based contracts and through payment of additional payments/bonuses, determined by the University in accordance with the additional payments policy. Details of the process, criteria for and payment of such payments/bonuses will be made will be provided to, and discussed with, the relevant eligible staff members.
